What is the purpose of this trial?
This single institution, multi-site, single arm prospective study will enroll patients with a history of OA and assess changes in pain and function after treatment with LDRT as measured by patient-reported outcomes.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for people diagnosed with osteoarthritis who are experiencing joint pain and want to try a new treatment. Participants must have a history of osteoarthritis. Other specific inclusion or exclusion criteria are not listed.Inclusion Criteria

- Low Dose Radiation Therapy
Trial Overview
The study is testing low dose radiation therapy (LDRT) as a treatment for osteoarthritis. All participants will receive this therapy, and the effects on pain and function will be tracked over time.

Treatment groups
Experimental Treatment
Participants will complete study intervention which consists of the BPI-SF, PROMIS Global v1.2, UEFI (for those with joint pain of the upper extremity) and/or LEFS (for those joint pain of the lower extremity) at baseline, 3-month and 1-year follow-up following 1 or 2 courses of standard of care LDRT.
