What You Need to Know Before You Apply
What is the purpose of this trial?
The goal of this study is to determine whether consuming a commercially available exogenous ketone supplement (KetoneIQ®) affects cognition, specifically marksmanship, under physical stress (i.e., exhaustive exercise).
The main questions we seek to answer are:
* Does the supplement save cognitive performance under stress compared to a placebo?
* Does the supplement improve marksmanship under stress compared to a placebo?

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for adults who are able to participate in physical exercise and marksmanship tasks. People with health issues that prevent safe participation or those unable to complete the study activities will not be included.Inclusion Criteria

Screening
Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial
Treatment
Participants are randomized into two groups and complete the trial in a crossover manner with Exogenous Ketone Supplement and Placebo conditions
Follow-up
Participants are monitored for changes in cognitive performance, marksmanship, and select biomarkers after treatment

Trial Overview
The study compares a ketone supplement called KetoneIQ® to a placebo, looking at how each affects thinking skills and shooting accuracy after intense exercise. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or placebo.

Flavor, texture, color matched. Very low calorie.
