What is the purpose of this trial?
The goal of the project is to implement virtual reality for pain and anxiety management for patients undergoing intra-articular glucocorticoid injections in the outpatient pediatric rheumatology clinic.

This trial is for children and teens with juvenile arthritis who are scheduled to get steroid injections in their joints at a pediatric rheumatology clinic.Inclusion Criteria

Participants undergo intra-articular glucocorticoid injections with VR for pain and anxiety management

Participants and caregivers complete pre-injection and post-injection surveys; staff provide feedback on VR feasibility
