The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug GS-0151. The study is done to find how safe, well-tolerated the drug is. This will also assess how the drug is absorbed, modified, distributed and cleared from the body (the pharmacokinetics (PK) of the drug), when given multiple times to participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The primary objectives of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of multiple ascending doses of GS-0151 in participants with RA and to characterize the PK of GS-0151 following multiple doses of GS-0151 in participants with RA.

The goal of this two-group randomized clinical trial is to examine the effects of early postoperative PT compared to delayed postoperative PT for improving outcomes after hospital discharge for ACDF surgery. The main question this clinical trial aims to answer are: * Whether early PT participants will demonstrate greater improvements in outcomes compared to delayed PT participants. * Whether improvements in handgrip strength, cervical endurance, and cervical range of motion will be associated with improvements in outcomes. Participants will be randomized to one of two groups (early PT or delayed PT) and outcomes compared across groups.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the comparability of ianalumab exposure following the sub-cutaneous (s.c.) administration of one injection of 300 mg/2 mL auto-injector (AI) versus two injections of 150 mg/1 mL pre-filled syringe (PFS), and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ianalumab following the s.c. administration of both devices in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sjögren's disease (SjD), or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The SMR Stemless Reverse is intended for total, primary shoulder joint replacement by reducing pain and restoring shoulder articular mobility function. This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, controlled trial to demonstrate non-inferiority of the SMR Stemless Reverse to the SMR Reverse Shoulder System. Patients with joint dysfunction who continue to experience significant symptoms despite an appropriate course of non-operative management are eligible. Patients will be considered enrolled into the study when an ICF has been signed, all inclusion criteria are met and no exclusion criteria are present including intraoperative exclusion criteria, and the patient is randomized into either the SMR Stemless Reverse (investigational) group, the SMR Reverse Shoulder System (control) group or is part of the roll-in population. Enrollment is expected to take approximately 24 months.

Joint Lavage for Ankle Fractures

High-energy tibial pilon fractures have historically been associated with poor outcomes largely due to the elevated risk of severe post-traumatic arthritis. Intraarticular fractures result in a pro-inflammatory hemarthrosis that may further exacerbate the chondral damage that was sustained due to the original injury. This project will study the effect of joint lavage on the concentration of inflammatory cytokines in the ankle following a high-energy tibial pilon fracture and the resultant effect on short-term patient outcomes.
