What is the purpose of this trial?

A Randomized, Open-Label, Evaluator-Blinded, Cross-Over Clinical Study to Confirm the Safety and Tolerability of an Ultra Absorbency Menstrual Tampon Compared to a Commercially Marketed Tampon

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for people who menstruate and are able to use tampons. Participants should be healthy enough to safely use menstrual products, with no conditions that would make tampon use unsafe.

Inclusion Criteria

Willing to use only provided products (tampons, liners, pads) and complete diary/returns
Acceptable birth control for at least 1 month prior and throughout study
Access to a freezer to store used tampons

Exclusion Criteria

Allergy or sensitivity to tampon components or exam lubricant
I have irregular or absent menstrual periods.
Pregnant, planning pregnancy, nursing or lactating, or less than 6 weeks post-partum

Trial Overview

The study compares the safety and comfort of a new ultra absorbency menstrual tampon with a regular commercially available tampon. Each participant will try both types in different periods.
