Individuals with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, who are taking clozapine and have a BMI of 25 or higher, may be suitable candidates for this trial. The trial requires that you continue taking clozapine if you are already on it. However, you cannot participate if you are taking Valproic Acid, hydrochlorothiazide, or certain other medications.
