What You Need to Know Before You Apply
What is the purpose of this trial?
The primary purpose of this study is to find out if there is a difference in pain experienced in patients with knee arthritis of the inside of their knee if they get a steroid injection on the inside or outside of their knee. Participants will:
1. Be randomly divided into getting their steroid injection on the inside or outside of their knee.
2. Answer a pain survey before their injection as well as over the phone 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks after their injection.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for adults with knee osteoarthritis, especially those with pain on the inside of their knee. People who have other major health issues or conditions affecting study participation may not be eligible.Inclusion Criteria

Trial Overview
The study compares two ways of giving a steroid injection—either on the inside (anteromedial) or outside (anterolateral) of the knee—to see which works better for reducing pain and improving function. Participants are randomly assigned to one group.
How Is the Trial Designed?

Treatment groups
Active Control
These patients will receive their corticosteroid injections on their anterolateral knees.
This group of patients will receive injections on the anteromedial side of their knee.
