Technology Knowledge Optimization for Type 1 Diabetes

This trial aims to test an online learning program, the TeKnO T1D curriculum, designed to enhance school nurses' knowledge and confidence in managing diabetes technology. The program focuses on supporting those who care for children with type 1 diabetes using devices like insulin pumps or continuous glucose monitors (CGM). School nurses in Pennsylvania who actively manage at least one student with type 1 diabetes, aged 14 years or younger and using a diabetes device, may be a good fit. Parents of children with type 1 diabetes who meet these criteria might also have a role in the trial. As an unphased trial, this study offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative educational solutions for diabetes care.
