The goal is to determine which method better improves symptoms. Individuals with mild to moderate CTS, diagnosed by a doctor and who have not undergone surgery, might be suitable for this study. As an unphased trial, this study offers participants the chance to contribute to valuable research that could enhance treatment options for CTS.
