What is the purpose of this trial?
The purpose of the study is to test a program that aims to help staff increase wellness behaviors and test the impact of this program on staff and work outcomes. We will also assess the impact of the program on residents' physical activity and function.

Experimental Treatment
Step 1, Identify a stakeholder team and identify and train an AL champion to work with the interventionist to provide the WHHIP+FFC. Step 2, Environment and policy assessment for PA changes. Step 3, Education and goal setting. Step 4, Mentoring and motivation of staff and residents.
