What Are the Treatments Tested in This Trial?

Interventions

  • Habitual eating pattern combined with resistance exercise (HE+Ex)
  • Time-restricted eating combined with resistance exercise (TRE+Ex)

Trial Overview

The study compares two groups: one follows time-restricted eating (eating only during certain hours) plus supervised resistance exercise, and the other keeps their usual eating habits with the same exercise routine. The goal is to see which approach better improves bone health.
