The trial protocol does not specify whether you need to stop taking your current medications. However, if you have known sensitivities or contraindications to anticoagulation or contrast media that cannot be managed, you may not be eligible to participate.

Research has shown that the Physician-Modified Terumo Treo Abdominal Stent-Graft System, which participants in this trial will receive, could be promising for treating abdominal aortic aneurysms. Studies have found a 99% success rate, indicating the procedure was completed as planned almost every time. The chance of serious complications, such as death during or shortly after the procedure, was very low at 2%. Additionally, only 2% of patients experienced an endoleak. Another study found that 93.1% of patients had successful aneurysm treatment within a year.
