What is the purpose of this trial?

This study will compare the effect of orforglipron and phentermine on weight maintenance.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults who have recently stopped GLP-1 weight loss injections and want to prevent regaining weight. Participants should be generally healthy, interested in managing their weight, and able to take oral medications.

Inclusion Criteria

Willing to participate in the study after reviewing study infographic and confirming understanding of randomization and study procedures
Residence in Massachusetts
History of BMI ≥30 kg/m²

Exclusion Criteria

History of significant active or unstable major depressive disorder or other severe psychiatric disorder within the past 2 years
Any history of a suicide attempt
I have not had or planned obesity surgery within the past year.
