What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of centanafadine once daily (QD) extended-release (XR) capsules in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and emotional dysregulation (ED).

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults diagnosed with ADHD who also have trouble managing their emotions (emotional dysregulation). Participants should be generally healthy and meet specific study requirements.

Exclusion Criteria

Have you ever had a seizure or been told you have epilepsy?
Do you currently have depression, PTSD, OCD, an eating disorder, or a substance use problem?
Have you ever been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or another serious mental health condition?

  • Centanafadine XR

Trial Overview

The study is testing a once-daily extended-release capsule called Centanafadine XR to see if it helps improve symptoms of ADHD and emotional difficulties in adults. All participants will receive the medication as part of the research.
