What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This study is aimed at assessing depemokimab as an add-on medicine for the treatment of asthma with type-2 inflammation in participants of 6 to 11 years of age. This study will test how the body processes depemokimab, how the drug works in the body, and its safety and tolerability.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for children aged 6 to 11 years with asthma linked to high eosinophil levels, who have needed regular inhaled steroids and another controller medicine. They must have had at least two asthma flare-ups needing extra steroid treatment in the past year and weigh at least 15 kg.

Inclusion Criteria

Legal guardian or primary caregiver must be available to assist with follow-up, accompany participant to study visits, comply with study procedures, and provide participant information as needed
I have had a doctor's diagnosis of asthma for at least 12 months.
Investigator or designee must obtain written informed consent and assent when applicable before study activities unless waived by IRB/IEC; legal guardians fully informed

Exclusion Criteria

I have had severe asthma needing a breathing tube or have an immune system disorder.
I do not have serious liver problems or abnormal liver test results.
I have another condition that raises my eosinophil levels.
