What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of long-term treatment with IMG-007 in participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD)

This trial is for people with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (also known as eczema) who may also have related skin or immune conditions. Participants should not have other major health issues that could interfere with the study.
