This trial is for adults diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD). Participants should be generally healthy aside from their depression. Outpatient participants able to comply with study procedures
Participants must meet reproductive safety requirements

Participants must not have recent history of active suicidal ideation or attempt within the past year
I have never received ECT, ketamine, DBS, or TMS treatments.
