This trial explores whether a lab-made form of psilocybin, called COMP360, can help reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Participants will receive either 1 mg, 10 mg, or 25 mg of COMP360 psilocybin, with support from a trained study team. The trial aims to determine if this treatment can ease living with PTSD. It is suitable for individuals who have had PTSD for at least six months and are not diagnosed with certain psychiatric conditions like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
