Inclusion Criteria

I have HIV, but my viral load has been undetectable for the past 6 months.
Participant must weigh at least 40 kg
Calculated creatinine clearance ≥ 60 mL/min by Cockcroft-Gault, CKD-EPI 2021, or local institutional age-appropriate formula

Exclusion Criteria

My chronic myeloid leukemia is in the blast phase.
Presence of any condition increasing risk or making patient inappropriate for study per investigator opinion
Known prior severe hypersensitivity to investigational product or components including PEG (NCI CTCAE v6.0 Grade ≥ 3)
