What is the purpose of this trial?

The goal of this study is to learn about the safety and immune response to the V132 vaccine in healthy older adults.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for healthy older adults with a BMI between 18.0 and 35.0 who do not have any major health issues.

Inclusion Criteria

Is in good health
Has body mass index (BMI) within 18.0 to 35.0 kg/m^2 inclusive

Exclusion Criteria

I have had a serious pneumococcal infection in the past 3 years.
I have had a pneumococcal vaccine in the last 10 years.
I have received a pneumococcal conjugate vaccine before joining this study.

Trial Overview

The study is testing different versions of the V132 vaccine compared to existing vaccines (PREVNAR 20™ and CAPVAXIVE™) to see how safe they are and how well they trigger an immune response in older adults.
