What is the purpose of this trial?

This is a phase 1 study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AZD0120 in patients with relapsed or refractory immune mediated cytopenia (primary chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA)).

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

Inclusion Criteria

I have ITP and have not responded to steroids and TPO-RA treatments.
I have AIHA and have not improved after steroids and anti-CD20 antibody treatments.
Females of childbearing potential must have a negative serum or urine pregnancy test; women not of childbearing potential defined by permanent sterilization or post-menopausal status confirmed by amenorrhea and FSH levels

Exclusion Criteria

My hemoglobin level is below 8 g/dL, unless I have Evans Syndrome.
I have ITP caused by another condition or have tested positive for HIV, HCV, H. pylori, or immune deficiency.
Coagulation abnormalities defined by INR > 1.6, PT > 15 seconds, PTT > 45 seconds, or positive antiphospholipid antibodies
