Trial Overview
The study is testing a new program called Tools for Arctic Health Promotion (TAHP), designed to help Alaska Native communities improve overall health and cope better with challenges. The program will be piloted and implemented within these communities.

Treatment groups
Experimental Treatment
The study will enroll 360 participants from four unique community settings to receive the TAHP intervention. The study design will make use of a dynamic wait-listed design (DWLD) with 360 participants assessed with behavioral and community-level measures at four time points: baseline (B), intervention midpoint (T1), Intervention end (T2) and 12-month follow-up (T3).
